** Prepare corndog batter using the provided recipe; insert stick into hotdog and dip into batter. Place on tray freeze. Put frozen corn-dog in fry basket, lower into deep fryer. When done, lift fry basket out of hot oil, and allowed to drip; wrap in wrapper. Utilizing knives and slicers raw potatoes are cut according to instructions, placed in fry basket and lowered into deep fryer. When done, the fry basked is lifted out of the hot oil, and allowed to drip. Fries are placed under heat lamps on plates or boxes. Prepare batter using the provided recipe; insert wrapped paper sticks into candies/cookies; and dip into batter, place on tray and freeze. Place frozen candy in fry basket and lower into deep fryer. When done lift fry basket out of oil, and allow to drip. Wrap fried candy into wrapper. Sugar and Flossine are placed in cotton candy machines. While the sugar is spinning, a cotton candy cone is used to lift the spun candy out and into cotton candy bags, tied and hung. Popcorn seed, oil, and salt are placed into commercial popper.
