Food Service Worker

** The worker performs the duties of a typical fast-food worker / fast food cook. The Jamaican Jerk (often times chicken, tofu, vegetables, rice, peas, and other common Jamaican jerk items) mobile food truck in which the worker will provide services is similar to a fast-food kitchen with a set menu. Workers prepare and serve hot meals similar to how would be done in a fast-food restaurant. The equipment used; ovens, grills, fryers, stoves, tumblers, and mixers are all common to fast food restaurants and the worker may use any of these equipment items to cook the food that is to be served to the patrons. The worker helps with preparing meats (such as chicken) and vegetables by washing, slicing, shredding, rubbing, or mixing ingredients as directed. Meals are assembled according to established procedures. The workers are not expected to create dishes, but instead are expected to follow simple instructions to prepare foods similar to any entry level fast food restaurant, which is why this position requires zero experience.
