Production Associate

Sort incoming pallets by size, condition, and usability. Stack and organize pallets according to grade and customer requirements. Tear down broken or scrap pallets. Reclaim and separate usable wood from non-usable wood. Assemble and repair pallets using reclaimed lumber. Move pallets from the sort area to be loaded onto trucks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety and company protocols. Tools and Equipment Used: Dismantling saws, crowbars, hammers, and other hand tools as needed.
