Production Worker Helper

Duties include supplying or holding materials, retrieving tools, moving components to the work area, and cleaning the work area and equipment. Workers will assist with general production work related to assembling truss and wall panels. Tasks include helping hand-load lumber onto framing tables, positioning materials for production workers, and providing support while workers use tools such as hammers, pneumatic nail guns, drills, screws, glue, and other basic hand tools to fasten lumber together to create the finished truss and wall panel product. Workers do not independently assemble full products; they assist the production team throughout the assembly process. Workers may help load and unload items onto equipment for processing and assist with packaging finished products for shipping using standard non-powered methods (e.g., hand carts or team lifting). Additional tasks include helping identify damaged or defective materials and recording simple production data as directed. All tasks are routine, repetitive, and performed to support skilled production employees in meeting company specifications.
