Room Attendant

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms. Work as a team to accomplish . goal of resort/hotel cleanliness. Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked at the end of each shift or before leaving assigned building when working in multiple buildings. Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program. Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities. Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned guest areas. Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly reporting as found. Properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain cleaning equipment (including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters). Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well. Perform other related duties as requested by the person in charge. Please Note: Under the anticipated days and hours of work per week, we provided an example of a work schedule. Our business is open 7 days a week so the days and hours worked will vary
