Laundry and Dry Clean Workers

Responsible for the upkeep and daily operation of laundry. Operate washing machines, dryers, irons, and pressing equipment to clean and maintain tents, linens, and other textile items. Collect, sort, wash, dry, press, spot clean, and fold all items according to fabric type and company standards. Determine appropriate cleaning methods for stained or soiled materials. Inspect cleaned tents and linens to ensure quality and readiness before returning to inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all sanitation and safety procedures. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week will vary weekly. Up to 10 - 20 hours of overtime/wk possible. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $19.47 - $23.00 based upon performance at employers discretion Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed.
