Food Prep Worker

Prepare foods such as meats, vegetables and desserts by cutting, mixing, and slicing with knives, mixers, and, where necessary, by marinating or flavoring according to supervisor’s instructions. Plate dishes for customers. Clean and prepare equipment, utensils for cook and chef prep areas. Prepare and organize ingredients and supplies for cooks and chefs as directed by supervisors. 35-40 hours/wk. shifts re 7:30AM – 3:30PM and 2:30PM – 10:30PM. Employees will work 5 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $19.77 - $22.00 based upon performance at employer's discretion. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return.
