Fudge Maker

Make fudge. Prepare and mix ingredients, operate necessary machinery including heated fudge kettle and/or fudge and chocolate melter and hand tools to smooth and form the fudge slices. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. 35-40 hrs/wk Shifts are: 8:00AM – 4:00PM and 3:00PM – 10:00PM. Employees will work 5- 6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Possible 5-15 hrs of overtime/ week. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Pay will be within range $17.91 - $19.00 based upon performance at employers discretion.
