GROUNDSKEEPER II (Seasonal Groundskeeper)

• Perform all landscaping and grounds maintenance responsibilities at the highest level needed to meet or exceed the Hotels expectation of being the #1 resort in the world. • Mowing grass, planting and caring for flower beds, shrubs, trees, lawns and event spaces. • Understanding instructions verbally or in writing from Grounds Supervisors and then being able to complete the assigned work professionally and within budgeted goals. The tasks that will be performed by the employee to ensure projects are achieved “within budgeted goals” is intended to mean: To ensure projects are achieved within budgeted goals and do not cost more than the intended financial budget, employee shall ensure: • tasks and responsibilities are completed within a timely manner • tasks are completed within Company standards 2. Tasks and functions assigned in caring for trees and event spaces will include: • blowing off the intended event space • pulling weeds in and around the intended event space • mowing, picking up limbs, in and around the intended event space • Any additional grounds related tasks related to outdoor event areas so that event spaces are appropriately manicured for guests and patrons of scheduled events.
