Production Laborers

Prepare and load liquid sugar tankers for shipment, make batches as directed per production schedule, including handling ingredients in different pack sizes, dry and liquid form properly measure and add ingredients to the batch according to the mixing instructions. Conduct monitoring of batches using basic analytical equipment (ph. meter, thermometer, refractometer), complete quality assurance testing on goods and products, organize inventory in an easy-to-access process, maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery, conform to all food safety, quality and human safety standards. Additional duties include loading, unloading, moving and staging piping, hoses, valves, pumps, conveyors, packaging materials, structural components and sugar transfer equipment; assisting with installation and assembly of production and loading line components. Workers will use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, hoists, measuring devices, packaging equipment, pumps, conveyors, piping systems and basic ana
