SERVERS

Take orders, serve food & beverages to guests. Clean off & set tables. Take payments, give receipts. Keep all stations stocked (11) workers needed. Dates of need: 10/1/26-5/31/27. 3 months experience necessary. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 6am-10pm. Rate of pay: $13-$18/hr plus tips but no less than $18.95, $28.43/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $23-$26/day with a $450 deposit ($350.00 refundable/ $100 non-refundable. Refundable upon completion of contract). Christmas bonus available. Uniforms and shift meals provided. Job location: 23101 Copperleaf Blvd., Estero, FL 34135 Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all /tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary up to $110/night for lodging with receipts.) at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20
