** Under supervision, worker will assist with directing, coordinating, monitoring, documenting activities, and motivating co-workers. Worker will coordinate with supervisor to determine work schedules and assign specific work locations. Worker will also check on workers/work progress throughout the day, complete daily field reports, help workers navigate the difficulties that can arise in the field, and assist in the handling of herbicides. Worker will be required to transport workers in company owned vehicles.
