Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Maintain assigned station, including proper table setup, pre-bussing, cleaning, and resetting. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host, and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health department regulations, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
