RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Perform various financial activities, including cash handling and balancing cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service and ensure customer satisfaction. Present bills and accept payments. Prepare and maintain work schedules for dining room employees, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bussers, and food service staff. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of front-of-house dining room employees during assigned shifts. Monitor employee attendance, assign work duties, and ensure staff follow company policies and customer service standards. Train new dining room employees on workplace procedures, safety standards, and customer service practices. Assist management in overseeing smooth restaurant operations and maintaining quality service standards. Communicate operational issues or staffing concerns to upper management as needed (4) workers needed. Dates of need: 10/1/26-5/31/27. 3 months experience necessary. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 7am-11pm. Rate of pay: $25-$30/hr based on performance, $37.50-$45/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $26/day with a $200 deposit ($150 refundable, $50 non-refundable: Deposit will be deducted from employee’s second and third paycheck in $100 increments. $50 of this deposit is ineligible for refund as it will cover partial cleaning costs.
