Food and beverage orders are taken and delivered in all such locations using handheld pads and POS systems. “Service equipment” includes serving trays, water pitchers, condiment caddies, bus tubs, towel bins, portable beverage coolers, and menus/menu stands. Maintenance tasks include wiping and sanitizing equipment with cleaning cloths and food-safe sanitizer, restocking towels and menus, replenishing ice, organizing stations, and collecting used dishes, glasses, and towels. Event duties include setup, service, and breakdown for meetings, banquets, social events, and private functions in dining rooms, banquet rooms, poolside, and beach areas.
