F&B Assistant II

** Procure supplies from kitchen, maintain dining/buffet area in clean/orderly manner; organize and ensure dining room/buffet area is run in efficient manner and fine service is offered every day; procure efficient operating equipment and supplies from kitchen areas; keep equipment clean in dining area/buffet area; clear tables and bus dirty dishes to kitchen; make sure side stand is equipped with beverages; may serve guests with beverages and entrees as needed, including Sensitivity: Confidential providing incidental support to guest service by delivering pre-prepared beverages and food items to tables, replenishing drinks, and removing used service items, in support of maintaining an orderly dining area; assist management in other matters.
