RESERVATION / INFORMATION DESK CLERK

** Answer members / guest phone calls; answer inquiries / provide information, transmit / receive messages; make / confirm dining and lodging reservations; check guests in/out; issue room keys; assist with coordination of arrivals/departures; contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when problems are reported. ** Assisting with coordination of arrivals/departures entails: keeping records of occupied rooms vs available rooms; advising housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning; confirming that rooms assigned to arriving guests are ready for check-in; confirming that transportation services (if requested by the incoming or departing guests) are in place. ** F.b.9a: Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company’s sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.
