Bellman

Duties: Responsible for welcoming guests, opening doors, keeping entry areas and courtyard clean, unloading, and transporting guests’ luggage by hand or baggage cart, valet service, responding to guest issues and acquainting guests with amenities. Valet service includes greet arriving guests. Open vehicle doors for guests and assist with entry and exit from vehicles. Issue valet tickets, recording vehicle information including license plate number, make/model, and time of arrival. Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles. Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage upon arrival and report any issues per company protocol. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the valet podium, parking areas, and entrance zone. Assist with unloading and loading of luggage. Transport luggage to rooms and storing luggage in the bell valet closet for later transport into the rooms. Requirements: One (1) year of Bell Person/Bellstand experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check. Pay Rate: $15.22 per hour plus tips, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $22.83 per hour.
